Rydal trees

Deb had an interview for a new job at Windermere today (though the job would be mostly from home) - I spent the time climbing Orrest Head in Windermere, which I'd never been up. 

After the interview (which went well) we drove to Rydal and walked round Rydal water. Mixed weather, and some fabulous light. The main pic is of a shaft of sunlight just catching some trees on Loughrigg Terrace. The extra close to the Lake shore (which I almost overlooked until I cropped the sky out completely)
