Dr. Emma - sheer joy

Emma qualified as a Doctor in May 2020 at Newcastle University. She's now living in Gateshead and working as a Doctor in Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Gateshead, but due to Covid, her year didn't get a graduation ceremony last year. 

After about 18 months of waiting, Newcastle University finally ran Emma's year's Graduation ceremony. Only two of us were allowed to watch the ceremony in person, so Sam (Emma's partner) and I did. Others were to watch on an internet live stream. They waited patiently at Emma's flat, but the live stream didn't work! 

I did get to video the important moments (the time she walked on stage and the mass quoting of the Hypocratic oath). Took loads of pics, but my favourite was Emma (on the right) with "G" one of her best friends enjoying a moment of pure joy. Two extras of Emma as well.

Had a fabulous day - drinks with G's family, then a meal out at a fabulous restaurant in Newcastle.
