This is what I managed to take a photo of today. It was either this or the large pile of hair I've cut off. Thought this was a bit nicer!
Yes, finally! I've cut my messy, knotty hair! I think I removed around 15 centimeters. Well needed and good ridens! I did have to cut a bit after I did the 'main' cut... A bit uneven, but I think I've evened it out now! Someday in the future, I will go to a hairdresser and ask him/her to even everything out. But this will do for now. 
Coughing kept me awake almost all night and every time I try to settle down for a short nap, the coughing starts again after a short while. 2 more nights and then the doctors appointment. I'm so tired my head is spinning.
