Performative

Stratford being the kind of place it is, no-one turned a hair. Let's face it, in a town where even this doesn't look especially out of place, you're going to have to work quite hard to get a reaction.

I confess that I didn't even notice them (my mind being on coffee and cake, and a complete absence of tufted ducks), until R pointed them out to me. We then speculated, idly, over our coffee about what might be happening - a vlog, maybe, for one of the clothes stores in the town that are currently closed due to CV19 regulations? We'll probably never know, but I'm captioning the extra, "Wait - what? Have we been accidentally filming ourselves this entire time...??"
