Bannockburn Sluicings

I have had a wonderful day with Tween 'H'  It was 'teachers only' day, so it was my task to keep her occupied for the day.  Firstly we went to morning tea with the church ladies, then drove through the rain to Bannockburn, where the rain decided to stop.  However it was VERY windy.  We had a lovely walk through the sluicings, and had our lunch at the hotel ruins. 

Because she is swimming in a triathlon tomorrow, she had a practice in the pool in Cromwell.  We had a nice cuppa (ice cream) at a local cafe on the way home.  I am tired, I am sure she is too.
