Another flower cake

This time for a friend who’s 60 today.

Pilates was a bit tougher than normal, kind of wiped me out. Had to have a snooze when I came home.

Thankfully cake was already baked last night, so today I just had to ice it. This design is proving quite popular amongst my girlfriends and a friend ordered it for her special birthday today.

She was absolutely delighted with it especially as I put a pearl border around the bottom and on top of one flower. She’s a pearl dealer, so it means a lot to her :).
