Pass At Your Own Risk

Huh boy.  This morning, we have the building inspection being performed on the latest Maine house purchase we have managed to get ourselves involved in.  This image is what we have just received via text message from the property!  A big pine tree has come crashing down in yesterday's wind storm, and is now leaning precariously on the power lines next to the street.  I found it ironic that the "Pass At Your Own Risk" sign the former owner has placed at the entrance to the little beach is now so appropriately positioned next to this new arboreal carnage!  At least the house wasn't damaged, and I assume the owner will deal with removing the offending pine before we close on the deal.

Update:  Results of yesterday's Covid-19 test came back a resounding Negative!
