Not Really Feeling Crabby At All!

Despite Mabel's rather mournful expression, Mr. W and I  are very pleased with ourselves this morning, because we have made more strides towards making this new house ours.

Somehow -- miraculously -- the two of us managed to hang that enormous mirror up in the front entry hall all by ourselves, despite the fact that it weighs some 70 pounds!  (You should have seen me wrestling it into the house all by myself yesterday ... that would have been worth a Tik Tok video!). Amazingly, we even managed to get it level and plumb!  A console table will be arriving at the beginning of December to stand underneath.

We also installed our snazzy new Horseshoe Crab door knocker -- isn't he a beauty!

Back to Boston later this afternoon to start preparing for the Thanksgiving feast.
