At my physiotherapy appointment yesterday, I talked about my occasionally niggly (left) knee. I went for a run this morning and things were initially fine (running four minutes, walking one minute; repeat), but the NK started to make itself felt towards the end. May need to stop running for a few days while it recovers.

Arranged another football date with my Leeds-based student son this evening. Watched Crewe win 2-0 at Oxford United while we caught up on gossip.
