Chicken Divan

Tonight’s dinner was not a huge success. While not being attractive, casseroles seldom are. I did not particularly care for this recipe (from a generally trustworthy source: America’s Test Kitchen). It sounded promising in theory (chicken, cheese, broccoli...), but the flavor profile turned out to be odd and not altogether pleasant.

I have been curious to try a New York Riesling, so though the wine was just decent, it proved the highlight.
