Split Pea Soup

Split pea soup with radish shoot garnish, pickled beets, and pomegranate. Beaujolais Nouveau to follow.

I can’t recall the last time I’ve had a split pea soup, but I’m pretty sure this is the first time I’ve made one. It was good.
