Vice Chancellor’s Garden
We turned up at the uni vet’s on the right day at the right time, then wandered through the VC’s garden, a small quadrangle off the main quad. It’s a formal affair, established in the 1920s, with statues of Mercury (pictured) and Fortuna, trees, low shrubs so neatly trimmed they verge on topiary, and beds of camellias, azaleas and hydrangeas.
I’m using the red azaleas to sneak it into flowery Friday.
Thanks for hosting BikerBear.
Have a great weekend everyone!
