The Castle

This is a very old pub in Macclesfield and a Grade  2 listed building. Unfortunately it closed a few years ago. It was built as houses in the 18th century and converted to an inn during the 19th century. It was very cold this morning while I was waiting for MrM to come out of the dentist. He thought he’d need a crown but she managed to fill it, so that was good news.
