Beech trees

I love beech trees at this time of year. There’s a lot of them in this part of Cheshire. It was chilly this morning so we didn’t stay out very long. I need to get a grip on the housework but I can’t motivate myself. I’ll have to do it by next Sunday as my sons are mounting a two pronged attack and both coming to stay. One coming from Kent and one from Dublin. They claim it’s to see their aged parents but they just happen to be going to a concert in Manchester on Monday. It will be lovely to see them.
