Unidad Deportiva

It is the start of week, so of course I find myself at the Unidad watching volleyball. I seem to be spending many of my evening hours here, either watching, coaching, or playing volleyball. It has become one of our connections to Zihuatanejo. The locals, who spend similar amounts of time in close proximity to the courts, greet us as we arrive and the parking attendant knows our vehicle on sight. It is a very comfortable place, one where we definitely feel at home. Tonight one of the teams I follow (in green) was in a tough semi-final match, which they unfortunately lost in straight sets.
