Notes: Day of mostly out and about starting w/ a hike at Bull Run - Occoquan Trail first thing (left to drive to trailhead before 7a). Stopped at Trader Joe's on way back to complete more of the list. Had coffee on the deck and then headed out again 1030a for Vienna. Another painful massage and then to Caboose for lunch, Mosaic to grab a few things from Mom's Organic Market. Finally back around 330p, felt much later. Quiet night, watched a movie and started a puzzle. Both pretty tired.
