Above Eye Level

I often think that Falmouth Town Council should do a small information pamphlet about the hidden treasures in and around the town, some of which I will be ‘Blipping’ over the coming days.
This information stone is around fifteen feet off the ground and marks the second three year voyage of the Beagle, Darwin’s first, his observations and studies during the voyage provided the material for his ‘Theory of Evolution’.
I wonder how many people walk past without ever noticing.

Clare worked today, for me it was a ‘rugby day’; first up Argentina v Australia, then a highlights programme, followed by the Red Roses v France, England v Ireland, Wales v Georgia and then a condensed view of England beating Australia in the 2003 World Cup Final, seventeen years ago this wwekend.
