The Low Sun

A relatively quiet day at work. Mostly paperwork today. Heading out at lunchtime it was striking how low in the sky the sun is. 50 minutes after midday, and the sun is already heading down to the horizon.

While breezy at lunchtime, the wind strengthens in the afternoon. There's a help desk call to deal with in the afternoon. By the time I have dealt with it, it is a little too late for a bike ride. So I opt for a cup of coffee and a post work walk.
