Toucan Memories

It’s been a very wet and grey day here. I went round to my mums this morning to bring her some shopping and to clean her flat. This evening I shared a yoga class on Zoom , themed around the element water. It’s lovely to see everyone ( remotely) each week. I have not taught a face to face class since March.
Still no contact from the neurosurgical team.

I took this photo indoors. It’s a replica of a Pre-Columbian Costa Rica Ceramic Toucan Ocarina Flute. We went to a museum which housed such beautiful artefacts when travelling in Costa Rica in Jan 2015 . We would love to go back one day.
The extra photo was taken on Samara beach on the pacific coast. The sunset was really was that colour !
