Derwenthaugh Fish pass

Long circular walk around the Derwent today, passing this fish pass, where ducks were bobbing about, and the rugby, cricket and tennis clubs.
Lots of people and dogs were out and about on this mild day and the take away cafe was doing very well. The doggies loved having a paddle in the river at a quieter spot.

M&S shopping trip for some luxuries to help get us through this bleakness. After a comforting meal, we settled down to watch Homeland (Netflix). We are absolutely hooked and have been watching a few episodes each night.
