Path to the Lake

I have had two lovely walks today, the first one around Penrith, then the second walk to the Park, along the lake, and back through the park.  This photo is of the Bridal Path in Wanaka Station Park.  The extras are (1)  At Penrith, and (2)  Kayaker.

I stood in the queue in the Post Office for just over half an hour waiting to send a parcel to my family in Melbourne.  Apparently today is the last day for sending Christmas mail overseas.  The staff bought out chocolates, and offered them to everyone in line!

It has been a lovely day, +23C.  Very hot in the sun.
