I had my ECG at the surgery this lunchtime. The nurse doing it said that it appears normal, but will need to be reviewed by one of the GP’s. That’s what I expected and obviously wanted, so hopefully I will be able to wean off one of my tablets.

She was brilliant when I asked if I could take a photo to blip, she offered to do it for me as I was still hooked up to the machine. 

Olive was over for the day so we joined B and Amber for the afternoon walk. I did well and didn’t have any of the chest pain previously experienced. My physio exercises have loosened off the muscles that were stretched and given a pummelling, which they didn’t like!!!
