Wet underfoot

I went on a 10k walk with a friend this morning. There was a lot of very wet mud to trudge through.

My boots felt like snow boots, with a heavy flat wad attached to the bottom.

The announcements about opening up are very welcome but it’s meant an intense few days of working when I’m not working. We start Sunday children’s work on 6th and the prep has turned by brain to heavy mud.
