Ulgraves

 Mr Wainwrights Outlying Fells - Plan B - north to Ulgraves above Staveley  where there was no fog,  after an abortive trip to another peak but the fog got thicker as we went south.  Wainwright pottered around all day and walked up four peaks up here on Potter Fell. We claimed just one, had a picnic by the cairn and admired the views, especially towards the Howgills when the sun came fully out on the way back- extra.  We saved the other 3 peaks for more walks on this delightful fell  that's really close to where we live and with swimming opportunities, which is why you need more time.
