Sand park

Little Mouse wanted to go to the Ho Ho Park (aka batman's House aka wollaton Hall Park) and was really upset when I said we couldnt go today as it wasn't a day that I could take a really really really long lunch.

He went back downstairs and a short while later I heard a flurry of activity he had decided on the sand park (local) so I shouted wait for me and we walked to the park.

It was a lovely day and there were some other children today so he got to play.

We walked home via town and greggs and heard the news that we are to remain in teir three. I am pretty upset and having a bit of a wobble over the whole thing. I finally realised why. It's the last year we can have birthday week as next year little mouse will be at school. Birthday week was already going to be very different but now we can't even go and have a nice lunch out. It might seem silly but I really look forwards to birthday week and finding things for us to do.

But I think swimming is still going ahead. I got an email to stay my DD would resume. Its almost been a whole year of lessons he has missed. He keeps asking but I haven't let him know just in case. I can't wait to see his face on the day of our first lesson.
