Violet

It was a sunny start to the day so I decided to head down to the allotment first.  I spent some time tidying up the area coming back with a wheelbarrow of thick stems from a shrub that grows over the bottom of the plot, to put in our green bin.  I noticed some colourful tiny violets growing on my neighbours plot which is todays flower Friday blip.

The afternoon clouded over and I spent the rest of the day on the computer.  My husband returned later this evening, he had been to his brother to the hospital for his second cataract operation.  Hopefully he will soon have both eyes working well.
