Just holding on

Just a short run this morning, back a ĺong the canal where just a few Autumn leaves are hanging on.

Next a walk round Northcliffe for a chance to catch up with a friend. Home to get a few jobs done, then a walk at Chellow Dean followed by a chilly swim, we did get some sunshine though.

Finally a quick cycle to Bingley for a few bits of shopping and that's another 57km added to our team score!
