After Dark

I don't usually run after dark and mostly I prefer off road to pavement pounding but post work I was too restless to sit, missing those summer evening walks around Northcliffe, gym classes and swimming pools. Added to which the update on our challenge distance showed we'd got a good chance of coming second this week. So..out came the high viz jacket and on came the trainers. A run down to the far side of Bingley and back added 14km to my distance (42km in the challenge.

Just under 600km to Nova Scotia for us!
