A better night's sleep with over 6 hours.

The coldest morning of the autumn so far (1°C) so I dug out my hat and gloves and headed out on a 14 km run across Norland Moor and up to Ringstone Reservoir (pictured). It was frosty on the top of the moor with fine icy drizzle which later in the day turned into persistent rain.

Watched 3 back-to-back episodes of Valhalla on BBC iPlayer this evening.
