Put To Bed

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

With the benefit of hindsight, leaving the last weed before winter until the end of November may not be something I will repeat. I had to lie in the bath for about an hour to thaw out afterwards.

Also by last weed, I mean first weed since the start of summer* and the weeds had supersized. That’s what happens when my parents can’t come round and I don’t have to witness Mary Doll pursing her lips in disapproval as she walks up the garden path!
