Red and yellow and .........

Needed another stress buster so took a drive out to Ulswater for a walk and see the actual spot the inspired the famous Wordsworth daffodil poem. That was supposed to be the blip but I was outvoted when I got home. As the weather was a showery and blowing a gale the high fells where out of the question so we settled for a walk around Gowbarrow fell and Aira Force water falls. We weren't disappointed, the every changing light made for a really good day out and we finished brewing up on my stove on the side of the lake sat in the sun. Here you can see my camera shy clan sat out of the wind on the summit of Gowbarrow fell.
