Little Shepherd

Nativity outfits need to be in for tomorrow.  

Eldest is a guard and the youngest is a shepherd.  We sorted out the 'actor outfits' this evening after school, they then had dinner in them and everything is in the wash as a result. 

Romantic day off with the husband before he starts his new job tomorrow.  I've been campaigning for a day with him - a long walk and lovely lunch for ages.  So instead we sorted out our garage.  My negotiation skills need a little work it would seem, although COVID has put paid to a long lunch of course.. On the plus side, we have a super tidy garage, know where everything is (I think!) and it's all just a lot better. 

Quick chat with the eldest's teacher this morning for her to say that she is really impressed with his reading, which was lovely to hear, especially as we work so hard each day after work. 

Today I'm grateful for:
