Canellini Soup

Cannellini bean and turnip bean soup, 5 year aged Gouda, crackers, and pomegranate. Wine: Oakridge Pinot Noir Yarra Valley 2018.

The turnip greens were from the turnips we had last night. They are one of my favorite soup greens (alongside escarole). The wine is the first Australian Pinot Noir we have tried—very much in the fresh red berry direction.
