Minchi
Minchi, broccoli with oyster sauce, and carrot salad. To be followed by a Bual Madeira (my first Madeira).
On a trip to Hong Kong 14 years ago, we spent a couple days in Macao, and I was fascinated by the local cuisine. Macanese cuisine has influences from Chinese, Portuguese, and British cuisine. Minchi is a very common dish which includes ground beef and pork, potatoes, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and a bay leaf.
Update: I appear to be a fan of madeira. I like port, sherry, and vermouth, and it seems to have elements of all of those. Slightly sweet, vanilla and some rather complex notes, a nice nutty and oxidative flavor, and a savory finish.
