Sunrise over Georgetown

I spotted this beautiful sunrise when I popped out to feed the birds this morning. I walked round to the park and took this photo on my phone.
I’ve got a busy day ahead which includes my own yoga practice, swimming , cleaning my mums flat , a walk and teaching yoga this evening.
I had another Ayurvedic treatment yesterday from my friend Moira. I’m going to make some changes to my diet / lifestyle. My dosha is Kapha / Vata for anyone interested :)
