Friend or Foe? Agapanthus - Alluring or Annoying

Agapanthus praecox, a very beautiful and striking flowering plant, is regarded as a pest by some in New Zealand. I guess the choice is yours, and mine. I love them! And this one is such a gorgeous blue.
