New State of Alarm day 37.
After yesterday's drama, and considerable rib pain today, a very welcome package arrrived from #2D. As I now have presents to unwrap at Xmas, it looks like I may have to get a tree after all, under which to put them.
Being away from close family for so long, and with no end in sight, little gifts and gestures mean so much, and it's good to be reminded that they still think of me. Thank you, Bryony and Oliver. I miss you. X.
