Branch Light

Some nice light at day's end despite the cold. I like this image for a number of reasons: the shape of the outstretched branch echoes the dark branch in reverse; one is light on dark, the other dark on light; and light on the branch repeats on the tree trunk and in the distant view.

I did make captures of the same scene with different focus points intending to try focus stacking, but in the end I preferred the separation from a shallower depth of field, drawing more attention to the branch.
