Regenerating

It's college day so the chances are you'll get a photo of some music hardware or scene from Salford. Despite the clouds, the blue sky and sunshine determined that this week it would be the latter.

Whereas the relentless building work in Manchester seems inexplicable to me - who is going to live and work in all these buildings? Who can afford to?! - the construction in Salford feels more in keeping with the ongoing regeneration project, which, for now at least, appears to be unaffected by the financial crisis brought about by the pandemic. Perhaps the impending calamity of Brexit will change things: I do hope not.

We spent five hours learning about EQ, today, predominantly how to create 'fuller' sounds by enhancing harmonics. I don't know whether that sounds dull or not but I loved every minute :-)
