Above the clouds ....

A gorgeous day here today - cold but dry with bright blue skies. 

We decided to head up Craigower (our local small hill, Ben Vrackie being our local big one). 

At the start of the year I had set myself the challenge of going up once a month and today was the successful completion of that challenge. 

The walk is just under six miles with a circular component and the blip shows the view from the highpoint.  The view normally shows Loch Tummel and Rannoch and over to Glen Coe (on a clear day) - it never ceases to amaze me that I can see all this in under a hour from the back door.  Today the view was partially obscured by inversions but snow clad hills can be seen in the distance.
