Glimmer of light ....

A somewhat bleak and miserable day weather-wise.

T came with me on my post-lunchtime power walk (which I am trying to do at least once a week if not twice) and proved to be a good training partner as my cardio minutes went up. 

The rest of the day has mainly been spent catching up on admin, both personal and linked to local groups I'm involved in, as well as my regular Gaelic practice. I worked out that if I continued at my present rate it will take me just over a year to get to at least level 3 throughout.
