Geese at sunrise
Monday
I was outside filling up the bird feeders when I heard the sound of the geese so grabbed the camera and caught a few shots of them passing the sun. There were plenty of them and very noisy.
We popped down to Harry Gows to put in an order for Christmas. You have to time it right otherwise it is busy with the kids from the school. Bought a couple of soups and a buttered roll and drove down to Avoch. We were going to sit at the end of the road to eat it but the road was totally blocked by a large lorry delivering a roof or a Log Cabin to one of the fisherman cottages.we pulled into a space and sat there instead.
Went to the Point after , the golfers had their umbrellas up. I went for a short walk, avoiding the rain luckily.I collected a few flat pebbles for a craft project.A dead Whooper swan had been washed up, another lady was taking photos and going to report it.
Made a shepherds pie for dinner :)
