St James Tarn

Off to Christchurch after work today. We stopped at our usual haunt at Marble Hill because I hoped to find a South Island Robin. There were none there.

We pulled in to St James tarn and I found one there. He had a lot to say for himself. I've never captured one before with his beak wide open so this had to be today's offering.

Staying out in Cust with no cell phone coverage or wifi so I probably wont be able to comment until I get home on Sunday - will check out all your blips though.
