Lone Star Flag

A bit uninspired today, sorry. The Lone Star flag proudly displayed beneath Old Glory.

Interestingly, Texas is the only state admitted to the Union by treaty; among terms of those treaties are the following provisions:

The Texas flag may be flown at the same height as the American flag (the only state so allowed.)

Texas may freely divide into up to five separate states.

Texas may withdraw from the treaty and resume its status as an independent republic.
