More Spring

The colour contrast between the new leaves on our sycamore tree and the brilliant blue sky caught my eye this morning. Spring is here, but by Central Texas standards, it is a bit cool - 46F (8C) with a fairly brisk breeze, 14 mph gusting to 20. Wildfire danger will be elevated today, between the 18 month drought, humidities in the teens this afternoon, and an increasing wind.

But no snow... so perhaps I shouldn't complain!
