Newhaven Lighthouse

Date day found us in Newhaven for a cookout breakfast. Martin knocked up bacon, sausages, eggs and tomatoes while I went for a photo walk.

The wind was blowing the sea over the harbour arm, our visit coinciding with high tide. On the way home we stopped at Birling Gap where we saw a surfer enjoying the wild weather.
