Iolaire /eagle

This is our favourite Christmas card, delivered by Islay dog and A. Socially distanced conversation on the doorstep while Islay raced around inside and helpfully hoovered up the floor under the dining table. I am fairly certain this is the first card we have received from him since he left primary school. Worth waiting  a couple of decades for. 
Another swim today, and a new swimsuit, which hopefully is chlorine resistant, unlike the old one which is so baggy that bits of it float in the water. It will get its airing tomorrow if I can grab a late cancellation.
Most of the afternoon was spent endeavouring to replace an LED bulb which had an awkward bracket thing. All the YouTube videos failed to include this variety. At the point when I was prepared to do without or use duct tape R was successful. According to the Ecosia  search engine these things last about 10 years so that means most of the rest will go the same way in the coming weeks. 
Ecosia is a recent discovery and a superb alternative to google, uses advertising revenue to plant trees where they are needed the most. Why didn’t I know this before now?
