Shawlands Tree

Gosh what a grim day. After the headlines I turned off the news, there seems no trace of encouraging news anywhere. Yoga is always a covid conversation free area but today everyone’s concern seeped through into our practice, and there were fewer of us.
Despite the dismal weather I went for a wonder around Shawlands in my new walking boots. Compared with my old ones it was like wearing running shoes, they will be fine although I do need to test them out on rough terrain. I picked up some more Christmas cards in Shelter, and a rather cute reindeer outfit for Liv. I thought she might find the hooves useful to hang onto when she is practising sitting up. 
I do wish they wouldn’t include poetry in the otherwise charming walking TV programme.
