Christmas Lilies Just About in Full Flower

It was to have been really hot today but luckily it didn't reach the 28c. The high was around 24c.

After Acupuncture this morning I had to pick up a repeat prescription that wasn't ready yesterday. Also managed to get a couple of Christmas presents. I wanted to do more shopping but just wasn't up to it. The roads were so busy it took ages to get home again.

Yesterday I took a shot of a flower of these lilies ..so today I thought I would show you what the look like in the garden. They are called the Christmas Lily Regale here in New Zealand because they normally flower at Christmas time.
