The wee rug rat arrived to entertain the grandad. The high point of the day of course. She can now crawl, well, a bit.
But as soon as she was uplifted I was across the road for a meeting. We have funding for a beach sign! How the hell, I have no idea as we’ve tried various sources of funds over the years. Allegedly this money has been found in the council’s coffers by one of our local MSPs. The only problem may be the SK who alone in the community thinks a sign is unnecessary. Not only unnecessary but an eyesore. Tsk, it’s to create a sense of place which as we all know leads to community cohesion from which all sorts of good behaviours follow. A sign it is!
